Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat (6oz / 170g net weight and 4.25oz / 120g drained)
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • 57 g. cream cheese
  • Diced onions
  • Dash Tabasco
  • Dash minced garlic
  • Red pepper

Directions

  1. This one's simple. In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add crabmeat and seasonings. We enjoy it light on the Tabasco but heavy on the peppers. Sorry, but that's what Southern Italy would do it. And so should you.
