Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat (6oz / 170g net weight and 4.25oz / 120g drained)
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 57 g. cream cheese
- Diced onions
- Dash Tabasco
- Dash minced garlic
- Red pepper
Directions
- This one's simple. In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter.
- Add crabmeat and seasonings. We enjoy it light on the Tabasco but heavy on the peppers. Sorry, but that's what Southern Italy would do it. And so should you.
