Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 15g of margarine
- 10g of curry
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- 20cl of creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 50g of gruyere

Step by Step
- Melt the margarine in a frying pan then add the leeks cut into slices. Let it cook until the leeks become soft.
- Meanwhile, preheat the puff pastry to 180°C (thermostat 6) for 20 minutes.
- Once the leeks are soft, add the honey and mix.
- Then add the curry.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
- Cut the Gruyère into small cubes.
- Once the puff pastry is precooked, add the leeks, the Gruyère then pour the crème fraîche on top.
- Cook at 200°C (thermostat 7) for 25 minutes
