Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g. bacon
  • 30 g. butter
  • 20 cl. crème fraîche
  • 20 cl. whole milk
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Step by Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees. Spread the dough in a mold, prick it with a fork. Sprinkle with shavings of butter.
  2. Fry the bacon bits in a pan then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Beat the eggs, fresh cream and milk.
  4. Add the bacon.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Pour over the dough.
  7. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
