- 200g. / 7oz. chopped spinach
- 200g. / 7oz. salmon
- 3 eggs
- 25 cl crème fraîche
- 30g. / 1 oz. grated parmesan
- 50g. / 1.75 oz. gruyere
- Basil
- Chopped dill
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step by Step
- Cook the salmon (steam or unsalted water).
- In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, parmesan, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg (this is the mixture).
- Place the dough in a mold.
- Spread the spinach then the chopped cooked salmon. Sprinkle with the herbs.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon, sprinkle with grated Gruyère (optional).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
