Ingredients

  • 200g. / 7oz. chopped spinach
  • 200g. / 7oz. salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 cl crème fraîche
  • 30g. / 1 oz. grated parmesan
  • 50g. / 1.75 oz. gruyere
  • Basil
  • Chopped dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step by Step

  1. Cook the salmon (steam or unsalted water).
  2. In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, parmesan, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg (this is the mixture).
  3. Place the dough in a mold.
  4. Spread the spinach then the chopped cooked salmon. Sprinkle with the herbs.
  5. Pour the mixture over the salmon, sprinkle with grated Gruyère (optional).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
