Ingredients

  • 500g / 17oz. zucchini
  • 160g / 6oz boursin
  • 4 eggs
  • 20cl / 7oz crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Step by Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 410°F.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a small-hole grater then brown them in a frying pan with the oil. Add salt and cook for approximately 10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Beat the eggs into an omelette, add salt and pepper, add the liquid crème fraîche and the cooked zucchini. Mix everything together then pour this preparation into the mold on the dough.
  4. Cut squares of boursin or slices lengthwise (depending on the shape of the packaging in which you bought it). Place them on top of the preparation in a regular manner.
  5. Bake and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
