- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3-4 egg yolks
- 100 g. sugar
- 50 g. flour
- 50 g. butter

- Warm up milk and vanilla
- Beat eggs and sugar to white
- Add flower slowly
- Pour boiling milk slowly, stirring constantly
- Cook on low, stirring constantly
- Remove pot and throw in bowl
- Add butter
