- 3 zucchinis
- 150g. / 5oz. of goat cheese
- 2 eggs
- 25cl. / 8.5oz. of milk
- 25cl. / 8.5oz of creme fraiche
- Herbes de Provence
- Salt
- Pepper

Step by Step
- Sauté the zucchini slices for about 15 minutes in a frying pan with the Provençal herbs.
- Prepare the mixture: beat the eggs, add the milk, cream, salt and pepper.
- Spread the dough, add the zucchini and the mixture, then the slices of fresh goat cheese on top.
- Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F. Check the cooking after 30 minutes.
