  • 3 zucchinis
  • 150g. / 5oz. of goat cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 25cl. / 8.5oz. of milk
  • 25cl. / 8.5oz of creme fraiche
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step by Step

  1. Sauté the zucchini slices for about 15 minutes in a frying pan with the Provençal herbs.
  2. Prepare the mixture: beat the eggs, add the milk, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the dough, add the zucchini and the mixture, then the slices of fresh goat cheese on top.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F. Check the cooking after 30 minutes.
