Lasagna al Pesto

Ingredients

  • 100 g. of basil
  • Lasagna Verde
  • 220 g. of parmigiano
  • 60 g. of pecorino, inline
  • 30 g. of pinoli
  • 1 Liter of milk

We probably have :

  • Olive oil
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • Cooking salt, thick
  • 100 g. Butter
  • 100 g. of "00" flour
  • Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Cook the lasagna as directed on the box
  2. Make the pesto
  3. Make the besciamella
  4. Oil the bottom of a 9 by 13" pan
  5. Spread a spoon of besciamella and a spoon of pesto
  6. Add the first layer of pasta. Spread besciamella, pesto, cheeses.
  7. Repeat step 6 until lasagna sheets are exhausted.
  8. Top with besciamella, pesto, and cheeses.
  9. Mix ingredients to a single color tone, for a homogeneous presentation.
  10. Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
  11. Broil on low for 5 minutes.
