Ingredients
- 100 g. of basil
- Lasagna Verde
- 220 g. of parmigiano
- 60 g. of pecorino, inline
- 30 g. of pinoli
- 1 Liter of milk
We probably have :
- Olive oil
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves
- Cooking salt, thick
- 100 g. Butter
- 100 g. of "00" flour
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Cook the lasagna as directed on the box
- Make the pesto
- Make the besciamella
- Oil the bottom of a 9 by 13" pan
- Spread a spoon of besciamella and a spoon of pesto
- Add the first layer of pasta. Spread besciamella, pesto, cheeses.
- Repeat step 6 until lasagna sheets are exhausted.
- Top with besciamella, pesto, and cheeses.
- Mix ingredients to a single color tone, for a homogeneous presentation.
- Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Broil on low for 5 minutes.
