- 226 g. butter
- 150 g. white sugar
- 150 g. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 284 g. or two cups of flour
- Flavor extracts

Step by Step
- Pull the grills out of the oven, except for one.
- Cook the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit on a cookie pan, top shelf.
- Set the timer to exactly 8 minutes. At least that works for me. The point is: It's ULTRA-senstive!
- Place on top of oven and let cool for another 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer cookies on the oven grills and let them cool down completely.
