Ingredients for 4 people
- 320 g of Carnaroli Rice
- 150 g of yellow potatoes
- 100 g of red onions
- 30 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- Olive oil
- Broth
- Bay leaf
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes and red onions finely.
- Toast the rice with a string of olive oil, the onions, and the bay leaf.
- Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and broth. Continue adding broth until risotto is ready.
- Let sit a few moments and then add the cheese and butter.
