Ingredients for 4 people

  • 320 g of Carnaroli Rice
  • 150 g of yellow potatoes
  • 100 g of red onions
  • 30 g of butter
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Broth
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes and red onions finely.
  2. Toast the rice with a string of olive oil, the onions, and the bay leaf.
  3. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and broth. Continue adding broth until risotto is ready.
  4. Let sit a few moments and then add the cheese and butter.
