I've been making pizzas at home for 20+ years, only to realize the technique to stones isn't all that well known. And yet it's what makes or kill the pizza a la Napolitana.

- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free baking powder

- 1 cup (8 oz.) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 1/4 cups cold whole buttermilk
