Ingredients

  • 200 g. long grain rice, Basmathi, or Thai
  • 50 g. butter
  • Salt

Directions

Step by Step

  1. Wash and rinse the rice. Cover 3 times the volume of the rice.
  2. Add salt: 10G per liter of water.
  3. Cook for 18 minutes (12 afor basmati rice or thai) with lid on and on low heat.
  4. Drain, rinse under cold water, rinse again, and throw in the pan.
  5. Add butter in small bits and gently mix. Cover and heat again.
