- 200 g. long grain rice, Basmathi, or Thai
- 50 g. butter
- Salt

Step by Step
- Wash and rinse the rice. Cover 3 times the volume of the rice.
- Add salt: 10G per liter of water.
- Cook for 18 minutes (12 afor basmati rice or thai) with lid on and on low heat.
- Drain, rinse under cold water, rinse again, and throw in the pan.
- Add butter in small bits and gently mix. Cover and heat again.
